    Deponent Video Capture (DVC)Traditional Videographer
    This service provides a single professional, the Readback Guardian, who handles both the transcript and the video capture. The deponent video is captured in an accepted format, while shared exhibits are not displayed within the video frame.This service utilizes a third-party videographer who is responsible solely for capturing the deponent on video with synchronized timestamps, while shared exhibits are embedded directly within the video frame.

    Our audio and transcripts are court admissible†

    The reporting team is always virtual (Zoom). Readback’s Guardian is available to provide tech support, display exhibits, and protect the record. Handling up to 20 exhibits included. Evenings, weekends, and holidays incur additional $100/hr fee for transcript service and a $50/hr fee for videographer service. Late cancellations, Statements of No Show, and Certificates of Non-Appearance incur a $325 administrative fee. A wait time fee of $75/hr for Active Reporting, $60/hr for Fast Reporting, and $40/hr for Preserve and Conserve will be applied for proceedings that begin over one hour after scheduled start time. Late orders of transcript(s) are subject to different rates. Contact experts@Readback.legal for details. Customer shares responsibility for effective audio clarity from their environment. Active Reporting turnaround guarantees are subject to adequate audio clarity. Transcripts are produced following Readback’s Perceptive Verbatim. Transcript rates for Witness and Attending Attorneys depend on Original transcript purchases by Taking Attorney. Otherwise, Taking Attorney rates apply. One day service guarantee is to deliver Active Reporting transcripts by 11:59pm of the next business day. Time zone is subject to witness location.
